Our Business Essentials package is perfect for the business owner who is new to outsourcing and not yet ready to hire a full-time employee.
This package is all about growth and momentum. With 40 hours of support, you'll be able to gain traction and propel your business forward.
Our premium package is for the entrepreneur who is ready to take their business to the next level with SOPs and full spectrum support.
Please Note: All monthly packages must be prepaid. Website builds are not included in the monthly packages above.
Our Process
After you fill out the inquiry form we’ll connect with a complimentary 15-min discovery call. This is a chance for both of us to ask questions, identify pain points, and determine if we would be a complementary fit.
If after the call it seems like we’d be a good fit, I’ll send you an email containing a service agreement and initial invoice. Once you sign your service agreement and pay your first invoice we’ll schedule a kick-off call.
During the kick-off call, we will walk through your priorities, identify bottlenecks, pinpoint areas for growth, map out the plan and get a better understanding of things so we can hit the ground running.
This is where the magic happens! We tackle the agreed upon tasks and projects so your time is freed up to focus on other things. Virtual check-ins will be scheduled twice per month to ensure you receive the support you need.
At the end of our agreed upon time-frame, you'll have the option to keep us on your team with our continuity services through a retainer framework.
